Diagnostics layer

Interactive diagnostics for unnoticed adjustment.

These sessions do not optimize behaviour. They record instability that users typically normalize before they identify it.

Recognition is more important than explanation. Comfort is not a state, but a process of adjustment.

Current build includes three released environments and one pending protocol slot. Each scene runs as an independent static page and can be uploaded to any simple hosting provider without a build step.
